Marketing and promoting projects to potential service users, referral agencies and funders is a vitally important but often overlooked aspect of project management.
 
The ultimate test of projects is whether they deliver the objectives they set themselves. Building in a strong evaluation framework from the outside creates a mechanism for demonstrating effectiveness and value for money.
