Bars to Learning: Practical Challenges to the Working Prison

The Institute for the Study of Civil Society (Civitas) has published a report - Bars to Learning: Practical Challenges to the ‘Working Prison’.
The report explores the scale of reoffending, examines prisoners experience of learning and work and argues that the prisoners most likely to re-offend on release are excluded from the Government reforms.
