General News

Let us know what you want from EOEF
by Mike Stewart - Tuesday, 22 April 2008, 05:16 PM

We are currently planning an international event for October when we will be relaunching EOEF.

We believe that EOEF still has an important role to play and that our mission - described on the front page of the site - is still as valid today as when EOEF was first set up over 20 years ago now.

EOEF has no resources of its own and is totally reliant on its members and supporters to keep it keep it going. So the big question for us is what do our members and supporters want for  EOEF?

We plan to hold at least one international event a year. But what else do you think would be useful?

Our thoughts are:

E-bulletins, say one a month, with information from across the EU.

Comprehensive links to websites dealing with offender employment issues

A database of good practice examples

What price would you be prepared to payt to subscribe for these services?

Is  €150 for NGOs, €250 for public bodies too little/about right/too much?

Please let Mike Stewart know what you think:
